Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process your return request, an unboxing video showing the product's condition upon delivery is compulsory.
  • Procedure: Email your return request to zovesta.com@gmail.com with your order details and the unboxing video. Our team will review the request and notify you of the approval status.

Refunds

  • Approval Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated.
  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days and credited to your original payment method or bank account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or final-sale products, may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is required to process exchange requests.
  • Procedure: Send an email to zovesta.com@gmail.com with the exchange request, including order details and the unboxing video.
  • Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹50 will be charged for shipping in case of exchanges.

Return and Exchange Exceptions

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Items without the required unboxing video evidence.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Requests made after the return/exchange period has expired.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after they have been dispatched.
  • Frequent cancellations may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to other e-commerce platforms.

Return Shipping

  • Once your return is approved, our courier partners will arrange a pickup from your address.
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
