  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, curfews, or natural calamities.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Orders placed using the COD option require order verification via call or WhatsApp.
  • Dispatch will only occur after successful verification, which may add an additional 1-2 days to the delivery time.

Online Payment Orders

  • Orders placed using online payment methods (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI) do not require verification.
  • Such orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, ensuring faster delivery times.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain situations may lead to unavoidable delays:

  • Public holidays or weekends
  • Weather disruptions or natural calamities
  • Government restrictions or curfews

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
  • For exchanges, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Important Notes

  • Please provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
  • If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partners will attempt to re-deliver the package or contact you directly.
